The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) program at Vydehi Institute of Physiotherapy is a
four-and-a-half-year undergraduate course, comprising four years of academic study and
six months of compulsory clinical internship. The program integrates strong theoretical
foundations with extensive clinical training to prepare students for professional practice
in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
The course is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS),
Karnataka, and approved by the Government of Karnataka.
The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a two-year postgraduate program aimed at developing advanced clinical expertise and research proficiency in physiotherapy practice. The program is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka, and approved by the Government of Karnataka.
Year of Commencement: 2025-2026

The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a 4½-year undergraduate program, including
a 6-month compulsory internship, designed to prepare students for a dynamic and
fulfilling career in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.This program provides a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation sciences, complemented by extensive hands-on clinical training. Students gain the knowledge and skills required to assess, diagnose, and manage patients using evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
